We advise all customers to please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders, as once items have been purchased, you are agreeing to abide by these. Our terms and conditions may be modified from time to time, without notice. If changes have been made after you have placed an order it will not affect your order, unless the change made was required by law.


Throughout India, shipping will be free for orders less than 1000 quantity on all categories except ottoman and wallpaper. For Ottoman and Wallpaper shipping will be INR600 and INR200 each roll respectively. Delivery time will be 1 to 2 weeks.

* We cannot guarantee delivery dates. These timings are subject to change due to carrier and warehouse delays.

Returns Policy

You must request and return within 7 days of receiving your item/s. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Before sending any return items, please ensure you have submitted a returns request via email (bombaylifestyle@steamlinetechno.com), as you will need a Returns Slip for the return to be accepted by our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order and because Bombay Lifestyle Company cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.

All items must be received into our returns centre in Mumbai, India before the refund is processed. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Note the cost of the original shipping and the subsequent return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are deemed faulty.

Bombay Lifestyle Company has a no returns policy on sale items.

Exchange Policy

Bombay Lifestyle Company does not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.

Excessive Returns

Bombay Lifestyle Company monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

Faulty Items

Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Bombay Lifestyle Company will determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.

In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.


Occasionally items that are incorrectly listed as ‘in stock’ on our website. We apologize if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Bombay Lifestyle Company gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.


All pricing is listed in USD. Bombay Lifestyle Company reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion without notice. Prices listed may differ across various stockists and countries.
